When you purchase a digital product or service from our Website, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.
Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for digital products or services once the purchase is made. Please ensure that you read all product descriptions and specifications before making a purchase.
We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase of the same digital product, please contact us immediately for a refund of the duplicate transaction.
- It is acceptable if we (I Nixx Production) unable to process the work due to failure. Please read the cancellation policy.
How to Request a Cancellation

Cancellation Policy: (applicable only for these reasons)
- Cancellations by Clients: Before beginning work, we approve the cancellation request. Once we begin work, the client is always updated via mail or SMS. If you receive an update about the work, it indicates that the work process has already begun, and in that case, we are unable to accept a cancellation.
- Cancellations by I NIxx Production: In rare circumstances such as equipment failure or unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your session. If we cancel your session, you will receive a full refund of any payments made, or we will work with you to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you. In that case, if the client has no extra time for waiting to reschedule the work, then we process the refund within 2 to 3 days, and it should reflect back in your account/original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working days, depending upon the bank.
Mode of Refund
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase, including UPI, debit card, credit card, net banking, or other supported payment methods.
